01 / PROJECT OVERVIEW
THE BRIEF
No Shelf Life is an interactive exhibition exploring the creative labor that exists between an initial idea and a finished piece. The experience gives sketches, experiments, revisions, and works in progress the same cultural presence usually reserved for final artwork. Its identity connects exhibition design, environmental graphics, merchandise, and visitor engagement into one cohesive system.
Scope: Creative direction, exhibition identity, spatial design, environmental graphics, print collateral, merchandise, and digital experience.

02 / BRAND IN USE
Making the Process Visible
No Shelf Life treats unfinished creative labor as something worthy of display.
The identity uses bold typography, high-contrast graphics, and process-inspired visual elements to challenge the way exhibitions usually prioritize polished outcomes. The system was designed to move naturally from the exhibition’s central idea into its spatial environment and promotional materials.

03 / BRAND IN USE
Mapping the Exhibition Experience
The spatial system guides visitors through the unseen stages of creative work.
Environmental graphics, exhibition zones, and wayfinding organize the experience without separating process from final outcomes. Each area encourages visitors to slow down, examine creative decisions, and engage with work that is normally kept private.
04 / PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE
Taking the Exhibition Beyond the Walls
Print collateral and merchandise extend the exhibition’s message beyond the event itself.
Posters, flyers, stickers, apparel, and digital materials turn “No Shelf Life” into a shareable campaign. These pieces allow the exhibition’s ideas about creative labor and visibility to continue circulating after visitors leave the space.
