Creative Services Agreement

Starved Designs, directed by Shai "the Creative"

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Designer will provide [graphic design, branding, web design, etc.] services to the Client. The Designer agrees to create, modify, and deliver the agreed-upon design materials in exchange for the compensation outlined in this contract.

The designer will create the design services listed in the agreement.

The project includes a specific number of concepts and revisions.

Extra work outside the scope requires additional payment.
A deposit is required before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If the project stops after work begins, the client pays for completed work.
The designer will provide milestones and estimated completion dates.

Delays in feedback or materials may extend the timeline.
A limited number of revisions are included.

Additional revisions may cost extra.
The client should contact the designer through the agreed communication channel.

The designer will respond within the stated timeframe.
If the client disappears for 7–14 days, the project may be paused.

After 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned.
Starved Designs may bring in collaborators to help complete the project.

The client works only with Starved Designs, not individual contributors.

Starved Designs manages the project and directs all collaborators.

If a collaborator makes a mistake, their responsibility is determined through their contract with Starved Designs.
The client owns the final approved designs once the project is fully paid.

The designer keeps ownership of unused concepts and working files.
The designer can display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Some projects may require third-party assets like fonts or stock images.

The client must approve these expenses beforehand.
Any major changes to the project scope require a new agreement or change order.
